Returns & Exchanges

At Illenium Official Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if for any reason you are not, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition drops and final sale items are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the barcode is clearly visible and all old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
